Proyecto Esperanza is a specialized entity that has offered comprehensive support to more than 1,120 women victims of trafficking of 70 nationalities in 21 years . Since 1999, the organisation developed a comprehensive care program, certified in quality according to the EFQM model, which includes individualized educational support supported by RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (shelters that serve women in phases according to their recovery itinerary) and SPECIALIZED SERVICES (legal, social, labor and psychological care) that are provided to both resident and non-resident women.
