Applicable work conditions

Until 12 months

During the first 12 months you are entitled to the core of the Dutch working and employment conditions. This includes:

  • minimum wage
  • Sufficient rest periods
  • (safe) working conditions
  • holiday allowance
  • Maximum working hours
  • Minimum number of working days

 

After 12 months

All Dutch employment and workingconditions are applicable

 

Note: when the service provider prolongs the first 12-month period with a reasoned notification to 18 months (because of a delay in the implementation of the project) then after 18 months all Dutch employment and working conditions are applicable.
