On 25th of November, La Strada International together with the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security and Tilburg University, organised a webinar: ‘Trafficking Victims in Criminal Proceedings’. During this webinar, four experts – Maria Grazia Giammarinaro; Frédéric Kurz; Conny Rijken and Evelyn Probst – spoke on issues related to victims’ rights in criminal proceeding, including trauma, the non-punishment principle and access to remedies including compensation.
