Fundamental Rights Report 2024

Today, FRA published its Fundamental Rights Report 2024, analyzing the development of fundamental rights and the most pressing fundamental rights concerns over the year 2023. These include for example the rising living costs, concerns about fundamental rights at EU borders and related to migration, and threats to democracy. The report also discusses climate change, rising racism, and the increasingly digitalized societies. It concludes with an analysis with recommendations of how the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights could be more effective. Read the full report here.
