FairWork Strengthens Professional Capacity

During EU Anti-Trafficking Week (14–18 October), FairWork Academy will be in full action, training professionals who encounter migrant workers and potential cases of exploitation in their daily work.

The trainings target healthcare professionals, municipal officials, and Safe at Home employees, helping them recognise signs of human trafficking and understand how to take action.

Throughout the week, FairWork will:

  • Train supervisors in the municipality of Dordrecht;
  • Feature in Eindhoven municipality’s podcast on human trafficking;
  • Distribute awareness flyers across Limburg;
  • Provide input for the labour exploitation escape room for the Environmental Service.

As part of the campaign, FairWork is also launching a new social media search chart, a puzzle-style tool that helps professionals and the public spot and interpret signs of exploitation.
It can be downloaded for free or ordered in large format for €45 (including shipping).
