Animus Association Foundation

“Animus Association” was founded by female professionals including psychologists, psychotherapists and social workers. The organisation was established in 1994. In 2001, it acquired the status of a public benefit organization. Animus offers affordable psychotherapeutic and psychoanalytic services and other support programs to victims of human trafficking, domestic violence and other forms of gender based violence. Animus also works on promoting understanding in society, to encourage respect for women to act as an intermediary between the government and NGOs and coordinates activities on violence against women and children.
